What is MedShare?

The MedShare Pharmacy provides medications at a low cost to
uninsured and low-income persons and to senior citizens of the
communities we serve. This is how MedShare works:

1. You must be registered as a patient at one of the MedShare partner
sites (listed here) and have no health insurance (or have health
insurance that does not include prescription coverage) or you may
    have Medicare Part D.

2. The health center staff will let you know if you are eligible
    for MedShare.

3. If your doctor gives you a prescription, you will pay a small amount
    (a co-payment).

4. You can choose to pick up the medicine or have it mailed to your
    home.

For more information about MedShare, call 513-412-5441, ext. 3, or ask the staff at your health center.
