 Neighborhood Health Care, Inc. is pleased to welcome our new Medical Director; Dr. Esly S. Caldwell, II, to our practice. Dr. Caldwell will provide pediatric and adult medical services at our Walnut Hills/Evanston Health Center as well as oversee all of the health care service at our five community health centers.
