Payment Options

We offer our care based on the household income and family size. NHC also offers payment plans assistance for individuals and families with no insurance or a high deductible. You won’t be turned away. To apply for the payment options, bring proof of income with you when you register. We will arrange a payment plan. Examples:

Your two most recent pay stubs
An unemployment check stub
A copy of your most recent income tax form

Our staff can also help you enroll in public health insurance programs if you are eligible.

Our health centers accept Medicaid/Medicare, and most private insurance plans. If you need more information, call our billing department at 513-241-4949 ext. 114. A billing specialist will review your insurance with you and explain our billing arrangements.
