School Based

Neighborhood Health Care, Inc. provides a range of health services to children at our school-based sites; including primary health care, mental, and behavioral health. Children receive dental care services at our Walnut Hills Evanston Health Center. These services are also offered to the siblings of the children who are elementary school students.

School-based health centers assist in keeping children healthy and in school while improving their overall health status. The school-based centers are located in the following Cincinnati Public Schools:
