Neighborhood Health Care, Inc. is pleased to welcome our new Medical Director; Dr. Esly S. Caldwell, II, to our practice. Dr. Caldwell will provide pediatric and adult medical services at our Walnut Hills/Evanston Health Center as well as oversee all of the health care service at our five community health centers. Dr. Caldwell is board certified in the State of Ohio and Kentucky is Internal Medicine and as a Family Practitioner. Dr. Caldwell is accepting new patients.
